May we introduce ourselves... We are Leisl and Annika!
Two Aussie gals packing up our (very few) possessions and heading across the globe for a spot of adventure. This blog is a record of all the magnificent sights and sounds we hope to see and smell around the world this year! As first-time backpackers, we'll share our tribulations and triumphs, so we won't be the only ones learning from our mistakes :)
Come with us as we hike to the ancient Inca ruins of Machu Picchu, canoe deep into the Amazon jungle, soak up the sun and culture in the vibrant Brazil, cycle through the villages of Ecuador, mingle with some sweet celebs in Hollywood, bet all our money away in Las Vegas, road trip along the coast of California to the artsy San Fran, jet over to the concrete jungle that is New York, feast on croissants in the romantic Paris, tizz up for the theatre in London, before reaching the charmingly chilly city of Stockholm!
Yippeeeeeee! We would pop you in our (matching) back packs if we could, but alas, this will have to suffice!
